As a CRM solution provider for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM we make it a point to always tell you why you need CRM and how it will benefit your company. Well, today we are not going to do that because you’ve already heard that time and time again. Today we are going to have some fun and I am going to give you the 7 reasons you don’t want or need CRM for your business. After reading through the 7 reasons of not needing a CRM and you feel these all describe you and your organization (doubtful), we may need life support!
1) You don’t like money or ROI
You work hard to make a good product or have a good service in place but you don’t want to have great customer service. If you value your product or service but don’t care if your customers are happy with the service they get from you to get that Return on Investment then you don’t need CRM. Seriously, who doesn’t like to be successful?
2) Waiting on information is no big deal
You would much rather have to beg accounting to look in your back office software for order history or invoice data or chase down Customer Service for any issues with a customer you are calling on. You also love having to bug engineering to ask about a quote status instead of being able to do all this in CRM anywhere and at anytime of the day (or night). I don’t know about you but I sure love being able to get all that information on my own instead of having to always ask for help or relying on others.
3) You enjoy working on Sunday’s and not relaxing
